Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive for an F&B industry located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, including implementing HR policies, HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The individual will also play a vital role in coordinating for training and enhancing employee engagement within the company.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Payroll and knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR role with F&B, hotel, restaurant, cafe industry is mandatory
