Assistant Manager Human Resources

Role Overview: You will contribute to the building of local business competence by supporting managers and co-workers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring staff cost budget compliance, closing open vacancies within defined TAT, and managing a healthy source mix for assigned positions. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and inducting new hires, initiating and closing BGV within TAT, executing LEAP and other career progression activities in your respective LOB/location. You will provide support and advice to line managers regarding human capital policies and procedures. Moreover, you will liaise with all departments and drive employee engagement activities at your location. As the first point of contact, you will address all employee concerns.
