As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
  • Be involved in the financial metrics.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

Technical Skills

Recruitment
  • Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors Recruiting module to support the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Configure job requisitions, workflows, candidate pipelines, interview management, offer approval processes, and recruitment reporting.
  • Set up career site builder and manage candidate-facing features to ensure an engaging and seamless experience for applicants.
  • Manage the integration of SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals).
  • Ensure data consistency between the SuccessFactors Recruiting module and external systems, such as HRIS, background check systems, and third-party job boards.
  • Work with the IT team to ensure seamless data flows and system integrations, including third-party vendor integrations.
  • Analyze and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve time-to-fill metrics.
  • Ensure that the system supports best practices for candidate sourcing, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Assist with creating and optimizing job requisition templates, approval workflows, and interview scheduling processes.
  • Develop and configure reports and dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and diversity of applicants.
  • Provide data-driven insights on recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to HR leadership and hiring managers to track hiring goals, requisition statuses, and candidate pipelines.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to HR teams, hiring managers, and recruiters in using SuccessFactors Recruiting.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for recruiters and hiring managers to ensure proper use of the system.
  • Address user queries and resolve any system-related issues that arise during the recruitment process.
  • Help design and configure a seamless candidate experience, from job search to application submission and interview scheduling.
  • Enhance the system’s ability to communicate effectively with candidates, such as automated email alerts, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Ensure the recruitment module provides an intuitive, engaging, and transparent experience for candidates.
  • Gather feedback from end-users (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates) to identify system enhancements that improve usability and overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements in recruiting workflows and use of the SuccessFactors Recruiting platform.
Onboarding
  • Configure and implement the SuccessFactors Onboarding module according to business needs, ensuring the system is set up to support both new hires and internal transfers.
  • Set up onboarding workflows, tasks, and approval processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Configure new hire documents, training materials, and checklists to ensure compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors Onboarding and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning) and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, background check systems).
  • Work with IT and technical teams to ensure data integrity and synchronization across systems to avoid duplication of efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Work with HR teams to continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience, identifying opportunities for automation and improvements to increase engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement new processes and improvements based on feedback from new hires, managers, and HR teams.
  • Help streamline the tasks and activities related to new employee onboarding, such as forms completion, document collection, IT provisioning, and introductory training.
  • Provide ongoing support for HR teams, hiring managers, and employees using the SuccessFactors Onboarding system.
  • Develop training materials, user manuals, and conduct training sessions to ensure users are effectively utilizing the system.
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist users with system-related inquiries to ensure smooth onboarding operations.
  • Develop and configure reports and dashboards to track key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-productivity, completion rates of onboarding tasks, and new hire engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership to support strategic decision-making and improve onboarding processes.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to track onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Ensure that onboarding configurations adhere to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Qualification

  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality 
  • ITIL 4 Certification
