Senior Business Development Executive – WeMee (Corporate Gifting Company) Location: Pune (Near Shaniwar Wada) Salary: ₹15K – ₹30K + Incentives (Based on skills & interview performance) Experience: 1 – 3 Years (B2B / Corporate Sales & Team Management preferred) Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, guide, and mentor a small team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets. Set clear monthly/quarterly goals, assign client sectors, and track performance. Conduct regular sales reviews, evaluations, and motivation sessions to maintain high team productivity. Training & Skill Development Train new BDEs on WeMee’s products, pricing, sales pitch, and corporate gifting solutions. Conduct sessions on client communication, negotiation skills, and CRM usage. Identify skill gaps and organize training to enhance team capabilities. Strategic Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify high-value B2B clients via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and business networks. Personally handle key accounts and mentor the team on prospecting and deal closure. Ensure a strong lead pipeline across industries like IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Consulting. Key Client Management & Revenue Growth Manage top corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts. Negotiate deals and strategic partnerships. Drive revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling across gifting categories. Team Coordination & Execution Oversight Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations, logistics) for smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, order accuracy, and client satisfaction. Support the team in resolving escalations or delivery challenges. Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting Maintain detailed dashboards covering leads, closures, conversion rates, and team KPIs. Present weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Forecast quarterly revenue growth and align sales strategies accordingly. Motivation & Culture Building Foster a positive, client-focused, and performance-driven culture. Recognize top performers, celebrate wins, and address underperformance constructively. Lead by example with discipline, consistency, and client-first attitude. Market Intelligence & Strategy Contribution Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ pricing, and gifting innovations. Provide feedback to management to improve product mix and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and brand positioning efforts.
