Job Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in both international domains. The candidate should have strong communication skills, proven expertise in lead generation and client handling, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Role & Responsibilities: Excellent Communication Skills Written and verbal International Domain: Must have strong exposure to international markets (e.g., North America, Europe, UK, Australia, Middle East). Require experience / knowledge about tech stacks in IT industry. A person Should be aware about dedicate hiring model. Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing. Hands on experience with email marketing, cold calling, Bidding. Out bound Sales | Inside sales. Person Specification & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, B.Sc./M.Sc. IT, etc.). 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within IT services or software development industries. Strong track record in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-centric approach. A person should have experience with international market. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq, or ERP systems), or ERP systems). Ability to independently drive sales cycles with out support from senior leadership. Preference for immediate joiners and candidates located in Gujarat.
