Job Role: Office boy - Printing Operator Location: Nearby Shaniwar Wada, Pune Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office boy - Printing Operator to manage in-house printing operations. If you have hands-on experience with printing machines and a passion for quality output – we’d love to have you join our team! Key Responsibilities: Office boy -Printing Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain various printing machines (digital, offset, screen, UV, heat transfer, etc.) Manage print schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs Ensure alignment, color accuracy, and design precision as per client specifications Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards Customize a range of corporate gift products (mugs, pens, bags, apparel, etc.) as per customer requirements Coordinate with the design team to ensure all artwork is print-ready and formatted correctly Collaboration & Coordination:Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of printing materials Maintain inventory of printing supplies and inform the team of restocking needs Provide input to the design/media team for improvements and feasibility of printing projects Support graphic design and video editing tasks as needed for marketing initiatives Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of printing machines Quickly address any malfunctions or breakdowns to avoid production delays Order Fulfillment & Timely Delivery:Track orders from printing to packaging and ensure timely delivery Communicate with internal teams to streamline workflow and meet deadlines Process Improvement & Innovation:Stay updated with the latest printing techniques and technology Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction Safety & Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements:Experience with printing equipment (digital/offset/screen/etc.) Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills Strong time management and communication skills Basic knowledge of design and printing software is a plus Qualifications:High School or equivalent (preferred) Certification in printing or relevant field experience (bonus) Interested?📞 Call or WhatsApp us at +91 96071 26558 Let’s create and deliver something great together!
