Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, and common spaces. Assist with making and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and document distribution. Run errands such as banking, post office visits, and purchasing office supplies pickup drop of vehicles. Support administrative staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation tasks. Ensure office pantry and supplies are well-stocked and organized. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging seating for events or conferences. Perform other general support tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Good physical stamina to handle standing, walking, and light lifting. Basic understanding of office equipment like photocopiers and scanners. Punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions carefully. Pleasant demeanor and willingness to work as part of a team. Good driving skill ( four wheeler as well as two wheeler)
