Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Office Boy with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily office tasks and ensure smooth functioning of operations. The candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and able to handle all assigned duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Support

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning tasks.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure cleanliness of the pantry area.
• Assist in moving files, documents, and other materials within the office.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical work.
• Assist HR and admin teams with routine office tasks.
• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and couriers within or outside the office when required.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and report requirements to the management.
• Support in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials.

On-Page Activity Support (Basic Assistance)

• Assist the SEO and content team with basic on-page tasks such as:
• Uploading content on the website as guided.
• Updating basic website information as instructed.
• Assisting in data entry for SEO documentation.
• Helping in organizing SEO-related files and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Office Boy or similar role.
• Basic understanding of computer operations (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
• Good communication and punctuality.
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
