Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads, traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance. Write compelling ad copies and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates. Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for performance, ROAS, and CPA goals. Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Collaborate with landing page and content teams to improve Quality Scores and user experience. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and PPC. Key Skills Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and ad extensions. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
