Role Overview

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 12 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. You'll work closely with the founder and support active client accounts from Day 1handling campaign setup, optimizations, keyword research, tracking, and reporting. This is an execution-focused role with strong learning and growth exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, YouTube and Shopping (for eCommerce clients)
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword optimization
  • Optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and extensions to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Monitor daily performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Assist in managing full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, conversions)
  • Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Ads and GA4
  • Build and manage UTM parameters for proper attribution
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 12 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing real client or in-house ad accounts (not just course projects)
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate
  • Experience running ads for eCommerce, D2C, SaaS, or service businesses
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, test, and improve continuously
