Role Overview:

We are hiring an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist who can take complete ownership of outreach, lead qualification, and meeting booking. This is not a theory-based internship — we need someone who has already worked with outbound tools and can start contributing immediately.


Your goal:

  • Find the right leads
  • Reach out to them via Apollo + Instantly
  • Have conversations
  • And book meetings between prospects and our founder/sales team


If you perform well, this will convert to a full-time role with higher responsibilities and incentives.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & List Building

  • Source leads from Apollo based on ICPs and industry filters
  • Validate emails and enrich contacts with accurate details
  • Maintain clean, segmented lead lists inside outreach tools

Outbound Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage cold email campaigns inside Instantly
  • Run LinkedIn outreach sequences (optional but preferred)
  • Monitor deliverability, sending limits, domain health, warm-up

Appointment Setting

  • Reply to positive leads quickly
  • Convert warm responses into booked meetings
  • Coordinate calendar invites & CRM updates
  • Follow-up with no-reply prospects

Messaging & Copywriting

  • Write simple, clean, high-converting outreach sequences
  • Test new angles, hooks, and personalization formats
  • Improve subject lines based on data

Performance Monitoring

  • Track open rates, reply rates, positive replies, calls booked
  • Generate weekly reporting with insights
  • Suggest improvements to messaging, ICPs, and tools

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder to align on ICPs, niches, and message angles
  • Ensure seamless handoff of leads to the sales team


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound, SDR work, or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Apollo
  • Instantly
  • Similar tools
  • Strong English communication (written is critical)
  • Ability to book meetings consistently via cold outreach
  • Understanding of ICPs, segmentation, and personalization
  • Comfortable handling research-heavy work
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently
  • Available for quick responses to positive leads


Good To Have:

  • Experience booking meetings for agencies or B2B services
  • Knowledge of email warm-up & deliverability
  • HubSpot or GoHighLevel experience
  • Comfort in creating short Loom video messages
  • LinkedIn outreach experience
