Funnele is a fast-growing, early-stage digital marketing startup helping brands scale using data-driven performance marketing. We work with clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia — primarily eCommerce, Shopify, SaaS, and service businesses.


We're a small but ambitious team, building a strong foundation. If you're someone who enjoys ownership, wants to grow with the company, and loves solving performance marketing challenges, you’ll fit right in. This role is for someone who wants to build, not just manage.


Role Overview:

This internship is not a basic training role — we need someone who has already run ads and understands the foundations of performance marketing.

You will work directly with the founder, managing real client campaigns from Day 1, assisting in optimizations, tracking, research, creative testing, and reporting.

If your performance is strong, you will be offered a full-time role at ₹3.5 LPA with growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Ads Management:

  • Assist in launching & optimizing

    Google Ads

    (Search, PMAX, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Assist in launching & optimizing

    Meta Ads

    (Conversion campaigns, retargeting, catalog ads).
  • Manage

    daily budget pacing

    , bid adjustments, and campaign health checks.


Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and verify tracking using

    GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tags

    .
  • Build UTM parameters and assist in attribution tracking.


Creative Testing

  • Draft ad copy variations (primary text, headlines, CTAs).
  • Generate basic creatives using tools like Canva (optional).
  • Run A/B tests for messaging, audience, and landing pages.


Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Share insights & recommendations for improving performance.


Marketing & Competitor Research:

  • Analyze competitor ads, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Identify new audiences, keywords, and scaling opportunities.


Funnel Support:

  • Coordinate with content/SEO for landing pages.
  • Assist in simplifying user journeys and reducing drop-offs.

Candidate must have practical experience with:


Platforms:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Shopify (basic understanding)
  • Instagram & Facebook Business Suite


Analytics & Tracking

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Meta Pixel setup
  • Standard + Custom Events
  • Conversion tracking and UTM setup


Research & Reporting Tools

  • Google Keyword Planner
  • Meta Audience Insights
  • Canva (basic editing)
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Looker Studio (bonus)


Good To Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • Amazon Ads or TikTok Ads
  • CRO & landing page frameworks
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience working with US-based clients
