What You'll Learn Content Strategy: How to plan, create, and execute social media strategies that drive results Platform Mastery: Deep dive into Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms Design & Creativity: Graphic design fundamentals using Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools Copywriting: Writing compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert Analytics & Reporting: Understanding metrics, interpreting data, and optimizing performance Community Management: Engaging audiences and building loyal communities Paid Advertising: Introduction to Meta Ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization Client Management: How to communicate with clients and manage expectations Trend Spotting: Staying ahead of algorithm changes and viral content trends AI Tools: Using ChatGPT, AI design tools, and automation for efficiency What You'll Do Create engaging content for multiple client accounts across various industries Design graphics, write captions, and produce short-form videos (Reels, Stories) Schedule and publish content using social media management tools Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas Engage with audiences through comments and DMs Track performance metrics and create weekly/monthly reports Assist in developing content calendars and campaign strategies Participate in weekly training sessions and feedback calls Work on live client projects under mentorship What We're Looking For Strong interest in social media and digital marketing Good communication and writing skills Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn Creative mindset and willingness to experiment Self-motivated and eager to learn Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines Bonus (Not Required): Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) Experience creating content for personal or brand accounts Knowledge of video editing or Reels creation Familiarity with social media analytics Most Important: A genuine desire to learn and grow in this field!
