This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the founder and core team to help identify, attract, and onboard talent while also assisting with day-to-day HR activities. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support Assist in posting job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and relevant platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Conduct initial candidate screenings (calls/messages) Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines Support offer rollout and documentation coordination Onboarding & Orientation Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires (documents, forms, checklists) Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure smooth joining experience Share company policies, role expectations, and internal processes with new hires Employee Relations & Engagement Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and team activities Assist in addressing basic HR-related queries from team members Help maintain a positive and professional work culture Training & Development Support Assist in coordinating internal training sessions and workshops Maintain training records and attendance trackers Collect feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness HR Operations & Documentation Maintain employee records, databases, and documentation Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and confirmations Support attendance tracking and basic HR reporting Compliance & HR Research Assist in ensuring HR processes align with internal policies and best practices Research HR topics, hiring trends, and people management practices Support drafting or updating HR policies and internal guidelines Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Good attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work independently Basic knowledge of HR processes, hiring, or employment laws is a plus What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in real hiring and HR operations Exposure to startup/agency culture and fast-paced decision-making Direct mentorship and learning from leadership Opportunity to convert into a full-time HR role based on performance
