This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The role requires strong operational skills, analytical thinking, hands-on campaign management, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Upgrade and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Track, optimize, and report on PPC campaign performance regularly.
• Implement advanced bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, DDA) and maintain strong quality scores.
• Analyze digital marketing channels and campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
• Perform daily web analytics and support conversion optimization efforts.
• Suggest ideas for new traffic generation and audience expansion.
• Set up and validate event tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) including custom events.
• Manage UTM parameter structure and ensure accurate tracking across campaigns.
• Manage project tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate effectively across departments to maintain workflow clarity.

Key Competencies:

• Strong critical thinking ability to identify the root cause of issues.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Capable of approaching problems methodically and logically.
• Able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools, trends, and strategies.
• Quickly recognizes issues, symptoms, and underlying causes.
