About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media channels, and the ability to drive measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and Affiliate channels.

Drive customer acquisition, traffic growth, and lead generation through paid marketing.

Plan and monitor the budget for digital campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.

Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign communication.

Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and audience segments.

Manage performance dashboards, tracking, and reporting on KPIs.

Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, automation, and AdTech tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO basics.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data interpretation.

Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and lead-gen campaigns.

Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and attribution models.

Ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROI.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
