With a strong presence across India, we aim to revolutionize the gadget and accessories market through quality, affordability, and innovation. Role Overview As the State Head for Jharkhand , you will be responsible for developing and executing Cellecor’s growth strategy in the state. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and channel partners to drive revenue, enhance market penetration, and ensure brand visibility across Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute state-specific sales strategies aligned with national goals. Lead and manage the sales team including ASMs and TSOs across Jharkhand. Build and expand the distribution network across urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing activities. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as sales volumes, outlet reach, and distributor ROI. Identify and onboard new distributors, retail partners, and institutional clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth operations. Provide market feedback and insights to the central team for product and strategy development. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics/Telecom/Handset industry. Minimum 7 years in a leadership position managing state or large regional operations. Proven track record of building and managing sales teams and channel networks. Strong analytical, negotiation, and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of Jharkhand market dynamics. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Show more Show less
