State Head- Sales

Role Overview: As the State Head - EIL in the Sales department, your main responsibility will be to lead the sales team in the designated state. Your primary goal is to drive business growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets for Loan against Property products. You will need to develop and implement strategic sales plans, expand the customer base, and provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
