As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to customers. This is a full-time position located at our branch in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales targets Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services to effectively assist customers Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new systems Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
