Marketing Director

What You'll Do:

🔸 Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for product launches, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

🔸 Lead digital, ATL, BTL, and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

🔸 Manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams.

🔸 Build media plans, control budgets, and measure ROI.

🔸 Own brand voice, identity, and communication across retail and online platforms.

🔸 Identify new market opportunities and consumer trends to fuel business growth.

🔸 Drive strategic partnerships and event sponsorships for maximum reach and visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 17+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or lifestyle brands.

✔️ Strong understanding of Indian and international consumer markets.

✔️ Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and media planning.

✔️ Leadership experience with strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
