Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally. Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition. Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development. Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
