Role Overview:

Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the organizations long-term growth strategy in line with business goals.
• Drive top-line revenue through new client acquisition, global account expansion, and industry diversification (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
• Lead and optimize Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategic Alliances functions.
• Identify emerging technology areas (Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics) for service portfolio growth.
• Build and nurture high-performing growth teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Create go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographies (India, US, UK, Middle East, SEA).
• Represent the company at industry forums and drive CXO-level engagements.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1520 years of experience in

  IT services

  , including significant leadership experience in growth roles.
• Proven success in scaling revenue to ?500 Cr+ levels or building multi-geo delivery capability.
• Expertise in digital services and consultative enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large sales and pre-sales teams.
• Global market exposure and client relationship management experience.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
