Job Title: Sales Director / Manager – Australia Experience:5 years or more Location: Bengaluru / Thiruvananthapuram Job Description It is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Director / Manager with expertise in IT Services sales across different sectors to join our dynamic team. The Sales Director / manager will be responsible for closing net new logos and driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the Australia market. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging our testing services offerings. • Identify and qualify leads, prospecting new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events. • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations, understanding their business needs and pain points to position our services effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client requirements and deliver value. • Expand sales efforts beyond BFSI to target clients across other industry verticals in Australia market, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting on sales pipeline activity regularly. • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and approaches. • Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Services sales roles focused on BFSI + other Industry domains, with a track record of success in exceeding revenue targets. • Proven expertise in selling software testing and quality assurance services, with a deep understanding of industry[1]specific challenges and requirements. • Demonstrated experience in expanding sales efforts into other industry verticals within the Australia market. • Strong network of contacts and relationships with decision-makers in BFSI organizations and other industry sectors. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients. • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events Show more Show less
