Key Result Areas

• Responsible for achieving branch-level sales targets in

  Home Loans

  and

  Loan Against Property (LAP)

  through effective management of the

  end-to-end process

  (sourcing, credit checks, and disbursals).
• Lead and manage a team of

  Relationship Managers (RMs)

  and

  Customer Service Managers (CSMs)

  to drive performance and productivity.
• Develop the local market by

  onboarding new channel partners

  and generating business from

  builders, DSAs, and connectors

  .
• Drive niche positioning by venturing into

  high-ticket-size loans

  and tapping into

  underserviced customer segments

  not adequately served by banks.
• Execute innovative

  BTL marketing campaigns

  to acquire new customers and strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage

  collections and resolution activities

  , including recovery through the sale of NPA flats.
