Vice president - Finance and Accounts

As Vice President - Finance and Accounts, you will be responsible for finalizing quarterly/annual accounts and financial statements, ensuring RBI and statutory compliance, leading audits and tax planning (GST, income tax), preparing budgets, MIS, and managing cash flow, overseeing treasury and fundraising, and aligning financial operations with business strategy. You should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Accounts and Financial Management with a CA qualification. Your desired skill set should include expertise in NBFC financial operations, Ind AS, and RBI norms, strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in audit, taxation, and process automation.
