Job Brief - Roles & Responsibilities The primary role of an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist is to proactively generate leads through networking on LinkedIn, telecalling, and email outreach. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company databases, and other online sources. Sending out new connection requests to target customers on LinkedIn and other online sources. Initiating contact, starting conversations, and establishing rapport with connections. Scheduling phone triage calls with these connections, securing appointments for a detailed discussion with one of the Business Coaches. Outreach & Engagement (Telecalling) Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate interest. You will be calling prospects in the USA time zone and aiming to set-up discovery calls. Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to maximize engagement. Document call outcomes and schedule follow-ups in the CRM system. Running a Triage Call Conducting short, structured/scripted calls to assess whether a prospect is a good fit for the offering. Understanding the prospects pain points and pitch tailored solutions. The total number of triage calls you book and run will be a key performance metric for you. Filter out unqualified leads to optimize time and resources. CRM & Database Management Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and track interactions using CRM tools. Ensure proper documentation of lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates. Invite Prospects to LinkedIn Events Promote our monthly webinar event on LinkedIn and invite attendees directly through the platform. Follow up with each attendee to ensure formal registration for the event. Follow up for feedback, keep them engaged, and schedule them for a triage call. Make sure all registrants receive the webinar joining link, send reminders, and actively encourage maximum participation. Close Prospects to Customers Move engaged prospects through the final stages of the sales process. After a customer confirms their coaching start with a Coach, follow up to collect GST details and ensure the invoice is issued. Send coaching proposals and continue follow-ups until the process is fully completed. Skills required Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Business English are essential. The candidate must be confident in initiating contact with new people and building rapport. Experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in IT sales, is required, as it helps in understanding IT technology and terminology. Must have a good understanding of LinkedIn as a platform and prior experience using Sales Navigator. An assertive and go-getter attitude is essential Strong prospecting and follow-up skills are essential. Qualifications: Graduate from any field. 4+ years of experience as Business development or Lead generation specialist or a Telemarketing executive. Passion for sales is a Must.
