Ensure that construction activities align with project timelines, constraints, and quality requirements. Raise the RFI if any mismatch /missing information in GFC drawings. 3. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and ensure that workmanship meets project specifications. Conduct quality checks, inspections, and tests to identify and address any defects, deviations, or non-compliance with project requirements. Address quality issues promptly and work with the team to implement corrective actions to maintain project quality. 4. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a safe working environment on the construction site by implementing safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and safety training for site workers to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond to safety incidents, emergencies, and near-misses promptly and take corrective actions to mitigate risks. 5.
