Role Description A fast-growing digital marketing startup with operations in Canada and India is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own and scale high-performance paid search campaigns across multiple industries. Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max Build and optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Implement and audit conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager Analyze performance and funnels using Google Analytics 4 Run continuous A/B tests to improve ROAS and lead quality Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Sales teams for integrated growth Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance insights Location: Nacharam Work Mode: In-office | 5-day work week Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ads Editor Agency experience preferred Strong analytical and communication skills Google Ads and GA4 certifications are a plus Why join Exposure to meaningful ad budgets Clear growth and learning opportunities Collaborative, performance-driven startup environment
