Senior Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive at the Vizag Office, your role involves prospecting and selling BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada. You are expected to have a true hunter mentality and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and acquiring new logos. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to set up conference calls, present to decision makers, provide sales training, and lead by example. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and sell BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada - Set up conference calls and present to decision makers - Meet sales quotas and acquire new logos - Provide sales training and coaching to BDEs - Lead by example in building and managing the sales pipeline - Work collaboratively as a proactive team player with minimum supervision Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of sales experience in selling BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada - Proven ability to set up conference calls and present to decision makers - Excellent prospecting, presentation, and pipeline building skills - Demonstrable track record of meeting sales quotas and acquiring new logos - Ability to provide sales training and coaching to BDEs - Proactive team player with the willingness to take initiative Location: - Vishakhapatnam (Work from Office),
