Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar dual-role. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and HR software.
