Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to drive B2B lead generation and new client acquisition for our job portal platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating quality leads, nurturing business relationships, and closing deals in the recruitment or HR SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for potential corporate clients, HR consultancies, and recruitment firms.

Develop outbound B2B strategies through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel and schedule product demos.

Collaborate with the inside sales team to convert leads into paying clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position RemarkHR effectively.

Maintain lead data, pipeline updates, and progress reports via CRM tools.

Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation/sales (preferably in job portals, HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services).

Strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle and job market landscape.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel reporting.

Self-driven with a strong result-oriented mindset.

Local market knowledge (Indore/Madhya Pradesh) is an added advantage.
