We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of technology solutions while maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role combines operational excellence, customer engagement, and team leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete delivery lifecycle of projects and services, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and fostering positive relationships Coordinate across engineering, product, QA, and support teams to align resources and resolve delivery challenges Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, including risk management, issue resolution, and capacity planning Monitor delivery metrics, SLAs, and customer satisfaction to ensure contractual commitments are met or exceeded Lead status reporting, governance meetings, and communication cadence with customers and stakeholders Manage escalations effectively, balancing customer needs with operational constraints Facilitate collaboration between distributed teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects or programs Identify and implement best practices in delivery management and operational workflows Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project/program management, or a related role with customer interaction Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent technology deliveries with a focus on operational excellence Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile delivery methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business conversations Experience with delivery governance, risk and issue management, and escalation handling Proficient in project/delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, or equivalent) Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in matrixed or distributed team environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering business value
