Job Title: Automation QA Engineer- TOSCA Experience: 5+ Years Job location- Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum, Cochin, Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, test automation, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products aligned with business objectives. Mandatory Skills: TOSCA - hands-on automation experience Quality Assurance best practices Test Automation tools and frameworks Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for the TOSCA project. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies. Manage a team of QA engineers (onsite/offshore) and ensure timely delivery of testing activities. Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Track and report quality metrics, test progress, and defect statuses. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes. Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and suggest process improvements. Mentor junior QA team members and perform code/test case reviews. Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of QA experience with proven TOSCA automation expertise Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
