5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Kochi, Trivandrum Role description Additional Comments: Performance Testing: Design, implement, and execute performance tests (load, stress, scalability, endurance) using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.). Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including creating test cases, selecting appropriate test data, and defining performance benchmarks. Test Execution & Monitoring: Execute performance tests and monitor system behavior under simulated load conditions. Identify and document performance issues and bottlenecks. Root Cause Analysis: Analyze performance test results, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve system performance. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure performance issues are understood and addressed early in the development lifecycle. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear and concise test reports, including metrics, findings, and recommendations. Present test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tool Development and Customization: Develop and customize performance testing scripts or tools as needed to meet specific testing requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with performance testing trends, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and tools.
