Job Description

Job Overview

Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and continual improvement. Drive coordination across departments, manage teams, and support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine operational strategies to boost productivity and profitability
Supervise cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, admin, etc.); mentor, train, and conduct performance reviews
Monitor KPIs, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for senior leadership
Manage budgets, forecasts, and expense control—work closely with finance on planning
Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation)
Coordinate supply chain, vendor relations, procurement, and inventory
Enforce quality control, health & safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Foster cross-department collaboration to align operations with strategic goals
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and stay updated on industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management; MBA preferred
Experience: 3+ years in operations, logistics, or related leadership roles
Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), data analytics (Power BI/Tableau), and project management (Asana, Jira)
Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, PMP, Lean management
