Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at KIWI Kisan Window, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless functioning of our distribution processes. Your expertise in MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word, along with your proficiency in spoken English, will be key in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and timely dispatch of products to factory2. Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.3. Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to meet customer demands and minimize costs.4. Analyze data using MS-Excel to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations.6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word to communicate key insights and recommendations.7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
