About The Opportunity

A high-growth organisation operating in the technology-enabled operations and supply chain sector, delivering logistics, fulfilment and back-office services for B2B and B2C customers. We run complex, high-volume processes and rely on strong operational excellence to scale sustainably.We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Bangalore hub—owning productivity, cost control, compliance and continuous improvement while partnering with finance, procurement and cross-functional teams.Role: Operations Manager (Primary title)Role & Responsibilities

Define and execute operations strategy for the Bangalore site—translate business goals into measurable OKRs and KPIs to improve productivity and profitability.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, admin, inventory) through coaching, goal-setting and performance reviews to raise delivery standards.
Monitor operational metrics, prepare concise management reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive decisions.
Own budgeting, forecasting and expense control for operations; collaborate with finance to ensure cost transparency and variance management.
Drive process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation) to reduce cycle-times, improve quality and increase throughput.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement flows, inventory controls and ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; 3+ years in operations, logistics or supply-chain leadership roles.
Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel; hands-on with Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting tools.
Strong analytical mindset—ability to translate data into operational decisions and measurable improvements.
Demonstrated people leadership: hiring, mentoring, performance management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts and vendor contracts with a focus on cost control and service levels.
Solid understanding of inventory management, quality control and basic HSE/regulatory compliance for operations.

Preferred

MBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations/Supply Chain.
Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean or PMP and experience running Kaizen/continuous improvement projects.
Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, manufacturing or high-volume fulfilment environments and familiarity with automation tools.
