For the Continental Commis I , we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in preparing classic and modern Continental dishes, with a strong understanding of international flavor profiles, plating standards, and kitchen operations. For the South Indian Commis I , the ideal candidate should be well-versed in authentic South Indian recipes, with an emphasis on traditional preparation methods and consistency. Both roles require a passion for cooking, attention to hygiene and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team.
