Stewarding Supervisor

M Grill is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead our stewarding team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and back-of-house areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily dishwashing and cleaning operations, maintaining sanitation protocols, organizing stewarding schedules, and training team members. You will work closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations and uphold health and safety standards. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
