As a Steward Supervisor at Udaipur Marriott Hotel, your role is crucial in ensuring efficient clean-up operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in the F&B department. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for directing and assisting Stewards to ensure smooth clean-up operations and proper documentation of water temperature and chemical levels. Additionally, you will support banquet and buffet services by transporting stock, assisting with plate-ups, and providing necessary items to the kitchen staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct and assist Stewards to make clean-up operations more efficient - Ensure appropriate water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning tasks - Assist with Banquet plate-ups and provide support to kitchen staff as needed - Transport stock for banquet and buffet services - Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools **Qualifications Required:** - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience - Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience At Udaipur Marriott Hotel, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment where your unique background is valued and celebrated.
