You will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes at Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli. As a part of the Non-Management team, you will communicate company values and culture to new employees and review and implement new Reservations procedures. Your main tasks will include processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. You will need to identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room types, and verify the availability of room types and rates.
