Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for directing and assisting Stewards to ensure efficient clean up processes. Your duties will include ensuring appropriate water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning, assisting with Banquet plate-ups, helping kitchen staff with various tasks, providing cooks with necessary items, supporting banquet and buffet operations, and operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and assist Stewards for efficient clean up - Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented - Assist with Banquet plate-ups - Support kitchen staff with various tasks - Provide cooks with needed items - Transport and ensure adequate stock for banquet and buffet - Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - At least 2 years of related work experience - At least 1 year of supervisory experience Company Information: At Courtyard, the focus is on better serving the needs of travelers.
