Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced KST Executive to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, with 2-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate kitchen operations for efficient service delivery.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
Monitor and control food costs to stay within budget.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a KST Executive or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
