Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced KST Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all services provided.
Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to improve overall experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote the brand.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
