As a team member at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your responsibilities will include completing closing duties, such as storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the day. You will be expected to set up, stock, and maintain work areas, as well as inspect the cleanliness of china, glass, and silverware before use. Following all company policies and safety procedures is crucial, including reporting accidents and maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Your role will involve welcoming and acknowledging guests, communicating effectively with team members, and maintaining positive working relationships. Adhering to quality standards, being able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds are essential requirements. Other duties may be assigned by Supervisors as needed. To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, although no related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
