As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Founder's Office and drive strategic operations. Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Mohali Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead and execute our digital strategies across multiple platforms. This role will focus heavily on performance marketing and analytics , while also overseeing social media content and branding initiatives .The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, digital trends, and strategies, with hands-on experience in optimizing campaigns and driving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as CTR, ROI, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates. Manage SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and CRM tools to improve lead generation and funnel performance. Oversee the content calendar for all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.). Manage the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of social content to increase engagement and brand presence. Coordinate with, social media team and designers to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality output. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials. Support the development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce positioning and voice. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform brand strategy. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in performance marketing. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot or similar CRM, SEO/SEM tools, and CMS platforms. Deep understanding of paid media, retargeting, conversion optimization, and A/B testing. Experience in managing content calendars and working with creative teams. Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
