Key Responsibilities Marketing

• Plan, implement, and execute marketing and advertising campaigns by developing strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Plan and organize promotional activities across offline and digital platforms • Prepare and submit periodic marketing performance reports • Provide market trends, competitor analysis, and new product insights to support business decisions • Ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks within approved budgets • Track and control marketing spend and income • Support day-to-day marketing activities related to posters, print ads, and digital creatives • Manage new product development and launch activities • Coordinate with media houses and advertising agencies • Handle vendor management across Pan India locations • Obtain cost estimates, negotiate pricing, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables from vendors • Coordinate social media activities and campaigns • Work closely with digital agencies on brand and performance campaigns • Create and manage monthly digital marketing calendars • Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and executions • Handle multiple brands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Develop and execute branding plans for all outlets • Create BTL activity plans in coordination with the sales team on a monthly basis • Independently create creatives on priority when required
