Job Description

Role:

The Marketing Manager owns the brand narrative and growth strategy, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to drive visibility and revenue. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution managing high-impact events and brand positioning while simultaneously driving lead generation through targeted outreach and automation. The manager is expected to be a resourceful problem-solver, delivering seamless event experiences and measurable campaign ROI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies and GTM campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marquee events, conferences, and activations to build brand presence.

- Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to boost engagement and support sales conversion.

- Drive thought leadership initiatives and executive visibility programs across digital and offline channels.

- Evaluate and implement **automation tools** to enhance outreach processes, increase efficiency, and optimize lead flows.

- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and track ROI to ensure marketing spend delivers tangible impact.

- Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and target customer segments for positioning.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling brand stories and messaging frameworks.

- Monitor brand health metrics and campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

- Use data-driven insights to recommend security/brand posture improvements and identify gaps in the market.

Key skills & Experience:

- 1+ years experience in B2B or enterprise marketing with a focus on **Branding, Events, and Lead Generation** .

- Experience working with outreach and automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Automation, CRM).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.

- Data-driven approach to measuring brand impact, event success, and campaign ROI.

- Excellent storyteller and communicator with the ability to translate business goals into creative experiences.

- Understanding of the full GTM lifecycle, from market research to lead conversion.

- Self-motivated personality who thrives under pressure and can work independently or lead a team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- Experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions industry is highly preferred.
