Roles and Responsibilities Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, including event management, vendor management, and marketing budgeting. Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the region. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations. Responsible for the marketing roadmap of the region which shall be tied to the sales targets. Collate plans for the west region Marketing activity calendar formulation of Mumbai. Vet the activities, spends and targets to ensure adequate planning & delivery. Custodian of the marketing tracker to ensure adherence to budgets. Liaison with sales and regional heads on a regular basis and serve as a conduit between sales and marketing. Ensure adherence to processes with zero deviance. Create and grow a repertoire of vendors to ensure advantages of scale. Guide alliances team on local brands/sentiments.
