Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall marketing and business development strategy for Fabrication, Structural Steel (SSD), and Colour Coated Sheet segments.
  • Develop market penetration plans to expand presence across industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
  • Drive top-line growth through key account management, institutional sales, and channel partner development.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer demand.
  • Build and manage a high-performance marketing and sales team with clear targets and accountability.
  • Create and implement branding, product positioning, and promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure committed deliveries and healthy margins.
  • Lead major negotiations, finalize large commercial contracts, and ensure profitability of all deals.
  • Track sales performance through MIS, forecasts, and dashboards; present reports to top management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and ethical business practices.
