Head of Marketing (India & UK)

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to be based in India and drive the strategy for the UK and other global regions. The organization is exploring a new model: Marketing managed out of India, supported by specialized UK-based agencies.

We are looking for a leader who is modern, adventurous, and demanding. Someone who is tech savvy but lets the customer needs and priorities drive change. Someone who does not settle for just good but consistently strives to deliver the best and bring out the best in people. In summary, someone who actually moves the needle.

The Mandate

You will work directly with the C-suite in the UK. You wont just be "running operations." You will be the architect of the brands voice and the driver of the growth engine. You will strategize, plan and build a strong brand presence in India and the UK.

You need to extract the best work from agencies based in the UK and/or locally in India, challenge them, guide them, and combine their local market reach with your strategic vision.

We need a Thinker AND a Doer. At 15+ years of experience, you have earned the right to sit in the boardroom. But you must also be willing to get into the trenches.

What You Will Actually Do

• Own the Narrative
  • Orchestrate the Agency • Digital & Growth – not just branding, but pipeline & demand generation • Bridge the Gap between India execution and UK market expectations

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables)

• 15–17 Years of experience with an MBA from a premier B-school
  • Strong B2B services exposure • Agency management expertise • Tech-savvy and modern • Adventurous and confident with calculated risks
